About the Journal

This proceedings volume contains a selection of papers presented at International Seminar on Information Communication Technologies (ISICT) 2019 held by Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya, 4 March 2019. The conference has been organized in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and the conference’s theme was “Recent Trend of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Applications and Implementations in The Era of Industry 4.0”. The papers comprise the broad discipline of ICT application and implementation in the following area: a) education; b) healthcare; c) aquaculture; d) transportation & logistics; e) security & image processing.
