Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

Authors are encouraged to submit complete manuscripts. JAIIT does not republish papers that have appeared in conference proceedings unless the submission based on a conference paper contains substantial new material. However, JAIIT does publish expanded, more complete, archival-quality versions of ideas and concepts that have been presented at conferences and published in conference proceedings.

Please do not send original submissions or revisions directly to the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editors. Submissions to JAIIT are to be made electronically through JAIIT's website. The site contains instructions on how to proceed with downloading one’s submission.

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts employing the double-column style template provided by JAIIT. The length of a submitted manuscript should be 8 to 20 pages. The abstract of the submitted manuscript should be prepared according to the requirements. In particular, now a graphical is mandatory too. So, please, check at the template for manuscript to be submitted to JAIIT at the right template you find in this list of templates.

Manuscript Template

For submission, we strongly encourage authors to use MsWord or PDF platform to create the manuscript. The Microsoft Word template can be downloaded here.

Publishing in Open Access

To help authors gain maximum exposure for their articles, JAIIT use open access (OA) publishing with free of charge.

Review Process

Your submitted manuscript will be sent to reviewers who will evaluate your work. The review is single-blinde, ensuring just and fair review for authors.

Beware of Multiple Submissions

JAIIT Editorial Board will not tolerate unfortunate situations when authors submit the same, or nearly identical, manuscript to more than one journal. In such cases:

  • the manuscript in question will be immediately rejected,
  • other manuscripts of the same authors/co-authors currently under review will be returned, and
  • the main author and co-authors will be prohibited from new submissions to the Journal for at least one calendar year.
